Management
An I.I.T. Delhi Electrical Engineering graduate with an MBA from Notre Dame, U.S.A. has manufacturing and finance management experience of over 30 years. Mukesh has managed Mars since around 30 years in various capacities and departments. A technocrat, Mukesh has been managing and steering Mars to establish an identity of a company that is reliable, with the highest level of values in corporate governance.
Lakshay Goel
Management
A budding entrepreneur, having a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from UCL, London and an M.Sc. in innovation and entrepreneurship from Warwick University, UK. Lakshay looks after the day to day operations of MARS and is responsible to bring innovation and technology to Mars.
Rajesh Gupta
Leader – Accounts and Legal
A commerce graduate with over over 20 years of accounting, financial management, legal and administration. Rajesh is responsible to ensure Mars’ regulatory compliance with all government and customer requirements.
Satish Kumar
Leader – Manufacturing
An engineering graduate with over 20 years of hands on manufacturing and maintenance experience. Satish is a metallurgy and maintenance expert responsible for the metal working processes and ensuring the health and performance of the machines and equipment at Mars.
Mamlesh Kumar
Quality Head
An automobile engineering graduate with over 10 years of experience in Quality and new product development, Mamlesh looks after day to day quality check of the products and is fully trained for handling every equipment in the standard room.
